Executive Director, Warren-Washington-Albany ARC

Warren-Washington-Albany ARC (WWAARC), a Chapter of The Arc New York, seeks an extraordinary and talented person to become its Executive Director.  WWAARC serves over 800 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families within a full array of residential options, family and day support and employment services.

Applicant expectations include: a personal passion and commitment for improving the lives of people with ID/DD, creativity and visionary leadership.

The individual we are seeking must have strong fiscal, program and managerial skills, knowledge of relevant NYS Regulations, fundraising, fund development, and most importantly, have a firm commitment to the principles of inclusion and person centered planning and current trends.

Candidate must be able to demonstrate ability to work with a dedicated staff and board. We are looking for a true leader who is a people-oriented person with the qualities of integrity, sensitivity, and be fully committed to our vision and mission.
